What is our return policy?

  • You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be registered and returned within 14 days. Items we receive after 14 days, will automatically be send back to you.
  • the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. This includes the original packaging and all tags in which it was delivered.
  • Please make sure that your items are returned new, unused and with all Cocobabe Swimwear  designer tags attached on the clothing. Items must be in unworn condition, unaltered, and free from any stains caused by makeup, deodorant, sweat, or any other substances. Additionally, the hygiene seal must remain intact.

We cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Costs
Please note that the cost of the initial and return shipping will not be refunded upon return. You are responsible for all shipping costs. 
Tracking number
Please ensure that you retain your tracking number when returning an item to us. This allows us to monitor the package's location. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost return packages. 

Once your items are inspected by the returns team, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days. 

What to do when you received an damaged item.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing info@cocobabeswimwear.com with clear photos of the damage. Our return team will assess and assist accordingly. This policy applies only to unworn items with all hand tags attached

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I exchange an item?

No, Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for your order. If you have already received the items, kindly place a new order for the desired items and proceed to return the items you no longer wish to keep.
